Jul. 21st, 2024 09:51 amMuch like regular Becca, Bex has a pretty good memory. She remembers facts, dates, and names, anything she thinks might be important to know. As such, she is good when it comes to dealing with the providing of information in exchange for useful things like money, power, and/or her safety.
She likes to be useful, to be an asset to more powerful people. Though she might come off as sweet and innocent, she is a schemer. Whatever situation she finds herself in, her priority will be to find a way to see that she is comfortable and successful. That can and will shift, when she inevitably ends up having feelings for someone - her desire for comfort and success will extend to them. It could, perhaps, supersede her own.
If she believes in someone and cares about them, she'll push them to be better, she'll press on their ambitions. One she decides she believes in someone, her faith and loyalty are pretty unshakable, much to her own detriment. She will crash and burn, and is very self-aware about it.
When it comes to using her sexuality to get ahead, she is not afraid to do so. She has no shame in using every tool at her disposal. If seduction is an option, she will give it a try. She can be extremely charming when she wants to be, often telling people what she thinks they want to hear to endear herself to them.
Becca is not generally one to get blood on her hands, but that doesn't mean she wouldn't. She may prefer convincing others to do bloodshed on her behalf, but she could be pushed far enough to do the deed herself. Most common motives would include self-preservation, to protect someone she cares about, or probably jealousy. While not an expert, she would be fairly knowledgeable about poisons.
For better or worse, she's got Varys and Petyr Baelish vibes. Varys with the information-getting, and Petyr with the getting weirdly attached to someone and kinda being a simp about it while doing shady shit. She too intends to rise up from relatively little and better herself. Maybe even some Larys Strong vibes, minus the feet thing. (Getting to write her as a Master of Whisperers would be so awesome, tbh.)
Her loyalty is pretty easy to keep, it takes a lot of abuse to lose. She could perhaps abandon a cause if a better one comes along, but if she's attached enough she might well stick through until the bitter end. As changeable as she is, she doesn't always stick to whatever principles she thinks she has. She's quite malleable and can easily be manipulated while she thinks she's manipulating someone else.
